Live-action Negi actress announced
The live-action Negima show just got a lot more interesting to yuri fans…
A press event in Tokyo on Saturday revealed the final cast members of the upcoming TV series, including the role of Negi Springfield himself. Or rather, herself, since it’s going to be a 13-year-old girl, Yukina Kashiwa, portraying the young magician in the show. The photo to the left shows Negi along with Sara Wakatsuki as female lead Asuna Kagurazaka - and to be fair, Ms. Kashiwa does kind of look the part, although it’s hard to know if that’s really a compliment.
Mahō Sensei Negima! Parallel will premiere on Japanese TV on October 3rd.
