Bandai Namco announce TGS lineup
There’s a whole slew of anime-related games properties on the table for the Tokyo Game Show, which is running in the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo from September 20th to the 23rd.
Bandai Namco, the parent company of Beez Entertainment (I think; Andrew has to explain this at every con panel he does), has dozens of games across every format by itself, and looks to be putting some emphasis on the The Promise of Haruhi Suzumiya PSP game, with the company’s only main-stage presentation focused on the game. Haruhi games are also planned for Nintendo’s Wii and the PS2.
The company’s DS lineup includes games based on One Piece and Furari wa Pretty Cure spin-off, Yes! Precure 5. There are more Dragonball games planned for both the Wii and PS2, and there will be more new Gundam games on DS, PSP, Xbox 360 and PS2.
Anime News Network have a more comprehensive list of games, with the added bonus of linking their names to the anime series’ I’ve never heard of that they’re based on.
